Location:

Duties:

  • Negotiate settlements for personal injury cases, mainly related to motor vehicle accidents with lower medical bills
  • Handle phone-based communications with clients and insurance adjusters
  • Participate in internal continuing legal education programs to enhance legal skills
  • Develop and refine negotiation, client management, and case-building strategies
  • Track case progress and assist in managing client expectations
  • Participate in bi-annual performance reviews to assess progress and potential for advancement

Requirements:

  • Active South Carolina law license
  • Confidence and comfort with phone-based client and insurance adjuster communications
  • Strong work ethic and a desire for professional growth
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:
