• Represent clients in court proceedings, from case inception through appeals.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other members of the firm, providing regular updates and legal advice.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members on complex legal matters.
• Stay informed about changes in laws, regulations, and legal trends to better serve clients and adapt strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal procedures.
• Assist in client intake, case evaluations, and the development of business opportunities for the firm.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 0-4 years of experience working in a civil litigation law firm.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant laws.
