Duties:

• Represent clients in criminal and traffic defense cases, from minor infractions to significant felony charges
• Conduct consultations with existing clients and prospective clients seeking legal representation
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal support staff to manage caseloads effectively
• Engage in courtroom appearances and handle various off-site legal tasks as required
• Build and maintain professional connections across the state to support referrals and case development

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Florida
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a legal team
• Effective communication skills for client interaction and consultation

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida

Skills:

• Proficient in criminal and traffic defense law
