A law firm in Tampa, is seeking an Insurance Defence Attorney with 11 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle a caseload involving liability matters, including depositions, court appearances, and drafting legal documents.

Duties:
• Manage and prosecute cases from inception to conclusion.
• Conduct legal research and provide advice and counsel on legal issues.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Attend and conduct depositions and court appearances.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts.

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar.
• 11 years of relevant experience in liability law.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to handle a caseload independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications:
• Admission to the State Bar.
