The candidate must have a JD degree. Candidates with business, financial, or tax qualifications (LL.M., CFP, CPA, MBA, MST) and Law Review or Business Law Journal experience are preferred. Must have strong fundamental skills within the trusts and estates practice area, including gift and estate tax planning.
