Duties:

• Handle all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.

• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.

• Provide legal advice and strategies to clients in general liability matters.

• Collaborate with senior associates and partners on complex litigation cases.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide timely updates on case progress.

• Develop and implement effective defense strategies for catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.

• Experience in case management, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.

• Ability to handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.

• Washington Bar admission is required.

• Interest in handling significant exposure cases in general liability matters.

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
