Job Overview: A leading law firm is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior Associate Attorney to join their Asset and Corporate Finance practice in Charleston, SC. This role involves advising national and international clients on a wide range of financing transactions, including leveraged finance, asset finance, structured finance, and loan workouts.
