This full-time position is available in multiple US locations and involves handling real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Duties

  • Manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to real estate deals.
  • Conduct legal research to support investment fund operations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and industry regulations.
  • Meet project deadlines while delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Foster positive work relationships within the team and with clients.
  • Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, including virtual meetings and computer-based tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the role.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of substantive experience in real estate law, particularly in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Familiarity with securities offerings is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and manage relationships.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Active law license in the applicable jurisdiction.
