Duties:

  • Handle transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), real estate, healthcare, energy, intellectual property, and corporate restructuring.
  • Represent businesses and individuals in both domestic and international transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop strategies for complex transactions.
  • Utilize industry-leading technology to streamline processes and improve client service.
  • Provide exceptional legal advice and guidance on a wide range of business matters.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 10 years of experience in transactional law.
  • Strong experience in negotiating and drafting complex transactional documents.
  • Ability to handle a variety of deal-intensive matters, both domestic and international.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Texas Bar membership in good standing.

Skills:

  • Expertise in transactional law, including M&A, real estate, and corporate restructuring.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with industry-leading legal technology tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
