Job Overview: A law firm is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Real Estate Attorney at the lateral, shareholder, or partner level to join its dynamic real estate group. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified candidate to manage sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including drafting and negotiating leases, purchase and sale contracts, financing, and closings. Duties:
Manage complex commercial real estate matters, including leases, purchase and sale contracts, and financing.
Draft, negotiate, and prepare related documents for transactions.
Represent clients in all phases of real estate transactions, from contract negotiation to closing.
Provide strategic legal counsel on various commercial real estate issues.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of real estate deals.
Mentor and guide junior attorneys in the firm’s real estate practice.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in real estate transactional law.
Demonstrated experience with commercial real estate transactions, including leases, purchase and sale contracts, financing, and closings.
Strong client management and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle complex legal matters with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
NJ and PA bar admission required.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
