Duties:

• Provide regular updates and communicate effectively with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and settlement offers.
• Evaluate case merits and strategize for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with legal team members to ensure comprehensive case management.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Texas Bar.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required).
• Prior experience evaluating claims and managing pre-litigation cases.
• Strong negotiation abilities and problem-solving mindset.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently.
• Team-oriented and cooperative in a collaborative environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Member in good standing of the Texas State Bar.
