The ideal candidate will have a strong background in No-Fault/PIP and 3rd party litigation, with a proven ability to manage cases from start to finish. Duties:

• Manage PIP, 3rd Party, and UM/UIM suits across Michigan from inception to resolution
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, motions, depositions, discovery, and trial preparation
• Provide direct client communication and foster strong, ongoing client relationships
• Represent clients in court hearings and depositions, advocating effectively in defense of claims
• Collaborate with colleagues and other legal professionals to ensure thorough case management
• Keep clients informed about case progress and any changes in strategy or direction

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in No-Fault/PIP and 3rd party litigation
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage litigation cases from start to finish
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of Michigan No-Fault law and related insurance defense practices
• The high degree of professionalism and client service focus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Strong courtroom and deposition experience
• Proficient in legal software and case management tools
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, actionable solutions
• Strong negotiation and settlement skills
