Job Overview: A distinguished law firm in Tustin, CA is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with a passion for civil litigation. Duties:

• Manage and oversee individual caseloads from start to resolution
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other court documents
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions
• Maintain strong client communication and provide timely updates on case progress
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and support staff to build effective case strategies
• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation processes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in litigation (newly admitted attorneys with a strong interest in civil litigation will also be considered)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and valid Bar license in the state of California
