A law firm in Wilmington, NC is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its residential real estate and community association (HOA/condo) practice. Duties:

• Manage and handle residential real estate transactions.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina (dual licensure in South Carolina is a plus but not required).

• Interest in growing the firm's presence in the Wilmington area.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the North Carolina Bar.
