A law firm based in Boston is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, white-collar matters, and internal investigations. The firm values individuals who have demonstrated the ability to handle high-level assignments with efficiency and produce work of superior quality.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar in which the firm operates.
  • Litigation experience in a law firm setting.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

 

Experience: 3-5 years of significant litigation experience, preferably in a comparable law firm.

  • Litigation expertise in complex commercial cases.
  • Proficient in legal research and writing.
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-level assignments.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing superior work products.
