Family Law Specialist

A law firm in Riverside, CA, seeks a dedicated Family Law Specialist with at least 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and be capable of handling various aspects of family law cases. Duties:

• Represent clients in various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on family law issues
• Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, motions, and agreements
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings
• Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and options
• Maintain communication with clients and provide updates on case progress
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on complex cases

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing family law
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of California
• Demonstrated experience handling family law cases from start to finish
• Strong understanding of California family law statutes and procedures
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of California
