Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in litigation.
  • Proficiency in Spanish (preferred for client interactions).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for effective client representation.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Maryland; additional bar admissions in DC and Virginia are a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent legal research, drafting, and litigation skills.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication abilities, especially in client-facing scenarios.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage a sizeable caseload.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
