Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients in various litigation matters.

Requirements:

  • Active Tennessee Law License (required).
  • Strong background in complex litigation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience in commercial or real estate litigation is a plus.
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and motivation.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Tennessee State Bar membership (required).
