Mid-Level Private Equity Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm specializing in corporate law seeks a Mid-Level Private Equity Associate Attorney to join their team in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies in various transactions, demonstrating strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Duties:

Requirements:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 3 years of experience advising private equity firms in complex transactions.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and equity investments preferred.
• Previous experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm or with SEC matters highly desirable.
• Admitted to practice law in Delaware.
