Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney on behalf of a prestigious law firm specializing in litigation and insurance defense. The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation and trial work, and be eager to join a dynamic legal team in Montpelier. Duties:

• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and manage case files.
• Attend hearings, trials, and depositions.

• Manage all phases of litigation from inception through trial or settlement.

Requirements:

• Litigation experience (trial experience preferred).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Vermont State Bar (or eligibility for admission).
