Duties:

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and alimony
• Prepare and review legal documents, such as prenuptial agreements and divorce petitions
• Manage complex family law cases involving high-net-worth individuals
• Attend court hearings, trials, and depositions
• Handle sensitive family matters, including child abuse, domestic violence, and child custody disputes
• Provide legal counsel to clients and advocate for their rights in family law proceedings
• Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Proven trial experience and ability to attend hearings and depositions
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and client service skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida State Bar (required)
