Job Overview: A Boston-based law firm is seeking a skilled mid-level associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. This role involves diverse responsibilities, such as handling acquisitions, dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development projects. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong academic credentials, exceptional drafting and negotiation abilities, and a proactive attitude toward high-impact responsibilities.

Duties:

• Participate in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions
• Engage in real estate finance transactions, working closely with clients and team members
• Support joint ventures and development projects from inception through completion
• Assume significant responsibility for complex projects, managing details and deadlines efficiently
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, contributing to a supportive work culture

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate law
• Preference for candidates with large law firm experience
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing projects
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

Education:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Strong academic background preferred

Certifications:

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (required)
