Duties:

• Handle commercial litigation cases, particularly focusing on complex financial fraud.
• Represent clients in federal and state courts nationwide.
• Analyze and interpret legal documents and case files.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop compelling legal arguments.
• Draft, review, and file motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Participate in pre-trial preparations, court hearings, and trials.
• Offer legal advice and recommendations based on case findings and legal precedents.

Requirements:

• 3-10 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong background in handling complex financial fraud cases.
• Previous experience or interest in complex finance and insurance litigation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania in good standing.
