• Stay updated on legal developments and appellate trends.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on appellate matters.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in appellate law.
• Proven ability to analyze and craft persuasive legal arguments.
• Experience in preparing appellate briefs and participating in oral arguments.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the state bar of the jurisdiction in which the candidate is applying.
