Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Assist in handling complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
  • Provide legal counsel on title and survey matters, leasing agreements, and lending transactions.
  • Work on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key legal documents.
  • Collaborate closely with other attorneys, clients, and market participants to ensure smooth completion of projects.
  • Analyze and solve legal issues as part of a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in complex real estate transactions.
  • Experience in areas such as acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, lending, title and survey, development, or general corporate law is preferred.
  • Exceptional drafting skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with sophisticated clients.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) required.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Nevada Bar is preferred.
  • Eligibility for admission to the Nevada Bar will also be considered.
