Duties

  • Manage a caseload with guidance from senior attorneys, focusing on areas such as probate, probate litigation, trust litigation, trust administration, real estate disputes, and insurance claims.
  • Engage in motion and hearing practices, effectively representing clients in court.
  • Conduct thorough discovery practices to gather relevant information and evidence for cases.
  • Utilize legal software systems, including JAWS and eFile, for efficient case management.
  • Provide regular updates and communication with clients regarding their cases.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • An active Florida Bar license is required.
  • Strong motivation and a willingness to learn and grow within the firm.
  • Experience in civil litigation or trusts and estates law is preferred but not mandatory.

Education

  • Doctorate (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

  • Current admission to the Florida Bar is mandatory.
