Duties:

  • Represent clients in court, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Participate in business development efforts with support from in-house teams, contributing to the firm's growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in construction litigation, with hands-on experience managing litigation cases from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of Florida's construction laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to analyze legal issues, conduct thorough research, and draft legal documents.
  • A commitment to superior client service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Florida State Bar in good standing is required.
