Duties:

  • Counsel clients on various elder law matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives

  • Provide strategic guidance on Medicaid planning, asset protection, and long-term care

  • Represent clients in guardianship and probate proceedings

  • Draft customized legal documents to meet client-specific needs

  • Conduct detailed legal research and remain up to date with legal developments in the field

  • Collaborate closely with other attorneys and support staff to deliver client-centered solutions

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and good standing

  • Strong interest in elder law and willingness to learn estate planning, guardianship, Medicaid planning, and probate
