Workers' Compensation/Personal Injury Attorney

We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join a busy law firm in Bowie, MD, specializing in Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury cases. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant experience and be admitted to the Maryland Bar.

Duties:

• Represent clients in Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury cases.
• Conduct legal research and prepare the necessary documentation.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Manage a caseload while ensuring compliance with court deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury law.
• Admission to the Maryland Bar and in good standing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a high level of responsibility.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Maryland Bar.
