Location:

• Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Duties:

• Support the commercial litigation team throughout all phases of legal proceedings, from initial filings to trial
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents for commercial transactions and business formations
• Conduct thorough legal research, analysis, and writing on various commercial matters
• Collaborate with clients to provide clear and practical legal advice, ensuring excellent client service
• Contribute to business development initiatives to grow client accounts
• Help prepare legal strategies and provide advice on compliance and governance issues

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar (must be a member in good standing)
• Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Keen interest in commercial litigation, transactions, and corporate advisory
• Ability to learn and utilize legal automation tools for case management and document drafting

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar
