Duties:

• Oversee a diverse caseload including I-130, I-601A, I-212, I-601, consular processing, and K-Visa cases.
• Prepare clients for their consular interviews and guide them through the process.
• Represent clients in front of USCIS and assist with legal proceedings.
• Review immigration applications and submissions to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Supervise and mentor paralegals and legal assistants to ensure timely and effective case management.
• Provide clients with legal analysis to determine potential case benefits and outcomes.
• Draft and submit legal briefs for various immigration matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on consular processing and waivers.
• Proven track record of managing caseloads efficiently and moving cases forward.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Familiarity with case management software is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the state bar where the attorney will practice.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice law in the state of Texas (or eligible for licensure).
