Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Review and analyze workers' compensation claims.
• Conduct extensive legal research and draft client correspondence, discovery materials, summations, and appellate briefs.
• Represent clients at depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Prepare for trials, including witness retention and evaluation of expert testimony.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop case strategies.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries via email and phone.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in workers' compensation litigation (experience in other practice areas is a plus).
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong client relations and telephone communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Georgia State Bar (required).
