Mid-level Patent Litigation Associate

Job Overview:

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis for complex patent litigation cases.
• Draft discovery responses, requests, and motions.
• Prepare case filings, documentation, and other legal materials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case management.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide legal updates and counsel.
• Participate in trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibits.
• Manage the day-to-day aspects of ongoing litigation cases.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in patent litigation.
• Proven expertise in patent law, particularly in litigation contexts.
• Experience drafting legal documents such as motions, discovery responses, and requests.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain client relationships.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in the relevant state(s).
