Job Location: Warrendale, PA (work from home two days per week)

Duties:

  • Represent clients in family law cases such as divorce, custody, adoption, and support.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on family-related legal issues.
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and petitions.
  • Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements.
  • Handle trials at the common pleas level and superior court.
  • Engage in ongoing communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
  • Collaborate with the firm’s legal team and support staff to provide high-quality service.
  • Take part in professional development and continuing education.
  • Optionally assist with estate administration cases to diversify daily tasks.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of proven experience in family law, including divorce, custody, adoption, and child support.
  • Strong trial experience at the common pleas and superior court levels.
  • A proactive approach to client service and case management.
  • Experience in handling a high volume of cases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Valid Bar license in the state of Pennsylvania.
