Key Duties

• Handle patent litigation cases in the biotechnology sector, including research, drafting legal documents, and managing case strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze scientific and technical data relevant to biotechnology cases.
• Provide litigation support by preparing filings, motions, and other legal documents for court proceedings.
• Assist in developing legal strategies for clients in the biotechnology industry, including patent infringement and validity challenges.
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel throughout the litigation process.
• Stay up-to-date with current developments in patent law and biotechnology to ensure the firm’s practices remain cutting-edge.

Position Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in biotechnology patent litigation.
• Strong academic credentials and proven experience handling complex patent matters.
• Ph.D. in biology, molecular biology, cellular biology, biochemistry, or a related field.

Education
