Job Overview:
A reputable law firm specializing in Creditors' Rights and Debt Collection seeks a motivated and experienced litigation attorney to join their team in Chicago. The successful candidate will engage in various legal activities, including court calls, motion hearings, arbitrations, and trials while gaining valuable courtroom experience in the creditors' rights field.

Duties:

• Handle preparation and execution of court calls.
• Represent clients in contested hearings, motions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Draft, review, and approve key legal documents including complaints, motions, discovery, and post-judgment proceedings.
• Manage a variety of litigation cases related to debt collection and creditors' rights.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure effective case management.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and a high level of self-motivation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, writing, and listening skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to various court districts and counties across Illinois for hearings.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Illinois law license (required).
