Entry Level Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings, such as EUO, 50H hearings, and EBTs.
• Make court appearances for conferences, motions, and trials.
• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and handle negotiations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in personal injury law is preferred, but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be admitted to the New York Bar (Required).
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong research and writing skills.
• Proficiency in legal drafting, including pleadings and motions.
• Ability to handle court appearances and client interactions.
