Attorney needed for Long Beach office

Job Overview:

Location:

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of workers' compensation litigation.

• Draft petitions, motions, and legal documents.

• Appear at hearings and trials throughout Southern California.

• Take and defend depositions.

• Settle workers' compensation cases.

• Manage an independent caseload.

• Collaborate with the legal team on case strategy and management.

Requirements:

• Active California Bar Admission (or awaiting bar results).

• 1+ years of workers' compensation experience (for remote positions).

• Ability to manage a caseload independently.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong oral communication skills.

• Prior workers' compensation experience preferred for remote positions.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• California State Bar Admission (required).

Skills:

• Strong legal writing and communication skills.

• Knowledge of workers' compensation law and procedures.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a caseload.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
