Candidate defends cases in all aspects of civil litigation, including general lit, complex commercial, etc. Candidate must have experience in all phases of litigation from research and analysis through the drafting of the pleadings, discovery, taking and defending depositions, negotiation, court appearances including oral argument, and trial. Must be CA barred.
