Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and provide direction to the intake team.
  • Evaluate the merits of personal injury cases.
  • Offer guidance and counsel to clients throughout the intake process.
  • Conduct medical case reviews and statute of limitations (SOL) reviews.
  • Perform thorough research and legal analysis to support case evaluation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with clients and maintain high standards of client representation.
  • Demonstrate solid investigative and problem-solving skills in case assessment.

Requirements:

  • A license in good standing to practice law in Florida.
  • Proven experience in handling personal injury cases.
  • Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in supervising and guiding a team of staff.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Florida Bar License.

Skills:

  • Excellent client service and prioritization skills.
  • Advanced investigative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to provide clear and compelling direction to the intake team.
