Appellate Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Handle appellate cases, including researching legal issues, drafting appellate briefs, and presenting oral arguments.

• Provide legal counsel and support in a variety of litigation matters.

• Work closely with other attorneys to develop case strategies.

• Maintain a high level of client interaction and manage cases effectively.

• Participate in firm-wide meetings and initiatives.

• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices and practice areas.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on appellate law or general liability.

• Excellent references and a history of job stability.

• Member of the California Bar in good standing.

• Proven ability to manage complex legal issues and cases independently.

• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to the California Bar.

• Strong analytical and research skills.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
