Job Overview

A well-established law firm in Goodyear, AZ, is seeking an Estate Planning Associate Attorney to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients with their estate planning needs. While experience in estate planning is preferred, it is not required.

Duties

• Assist clients with wills, trusts, and other estate planning matters

• Provide legal advice and guidance on estate-related issues

• Draft legal documents and review estate plans

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure client needs are met

• Maintain a client-centered approach with a focus on personalized service

Requirements

• Licensed or soon-to-be licensed attorney in the State of Arizona

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work under the direction of senior attorneys

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active or pending membership with the Arizona State Bar
