A law firm in Seattle is seeking a highly motivated Junior Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 0-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should currently be clerking for a federal court judge (any level) or a state Supreme Court justice. The position requires outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and an immediate transferable skill set. The firm values excellent client relationships, interpersonal skills, and a proven work history.   • Attend court hearings, depositions, and negotiations as required.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Currently clerking for a federal court judge (any level) or a state Supreme Court justice.
  • 0-3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Immediately transferable skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar in Washington or eligibility for admission.
