Duties:

  • Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with relevant laws and best practices in estate planning.
  • Review, manage, and organize estate planning documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide seamless client service.
  • Participate in marketing efforts by building and maintaining relationships with referral sources to generate new client opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas.
  • Strong legal drafting skills, particularly in wills and revocable living trusts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and building client trust.

Education:
