A growing estate planning law firm in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join their team. The firm focuses on providing client-centered legal services in estate planning and probate matters. The ideal candidate will be a licensed attorney (or soon to be licensed) in Arizona with strong attention to detail and a background in customer service. Estate planning experience is preferred but not required, as training and mentorship will be provided. This position offers opportunities for professional growth, with production-based incentives.

Duties:

  • Draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents tailored to client needs.
  • Provide legal counsel on probate matters and estate administration.
  • Conduct client meetings to discuss estate planning goals and strategies.
  • Manage client files and ensure timely, accurate completion of legal documents.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to support firm-wide case management.
  • Conduct legal research to stay updated on Arizona estate planning laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a high level of client communication, ensuring satisfaction and responsiveness.

Requirements:

  • Licensed (or soon to be licensed) to practice law in the State of Arizona.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service experience, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • A desire to learn and develop expertise in estate planning and probate law.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar membership in the State of Arizona (or pending admission).

Skills:

  • Strong legal research, writing, and drafting abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
