Litigation Associate Attorney

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop and execute case strategies.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and trials, providing strategic insights and legal advice.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Stay current with legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Admission to state and federal courts.
• 3-5 years of general litigation experience.
• Experience in insurance defense, civil rights defense, municipal, and commercial litigation preferred.
• Strong academic background and professional credentials.
• Excellent presentation, writing, research, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly professional and self-motivated with a desire to develop individual practice while working as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
