Duties:

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct and attend depositions, including party and medical depositions.
• Represent clients in court, including trials and hearings.
• Prepare and file legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies.
• Provide legal counsel to clients and manage client relationships effectively.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes, including trial preparation and execution.
• Experience in taking depositions and conducting discovery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Arkansas (or eligible for admission).

Skills:

• Litigation experience, particularly in depositions and trial settings.
• Effective legal research and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and client interaction skills.
