Duties:

  • Ensure compliance with the rules of major stock exchanges, such as the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate law, particularly in securities offerings and compliance.
  • Experience with public and private securities offerings, including working knowledge of federal securities laws.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, reporting obligations, and SEC rules.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
