A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is actively seeking a seasoned Real Estate Transactions Partner with a portable book of business. The successful candidate will contribute to the firm's growth by leveraging their expertise in real estate transactions.

 

Duties:

  • Manage and oversee complex real estate transactions from initiation to completion.
  • Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients on real estate matters.
  • Cultivate and expand client relationships to enhance the firm's real estate practice.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client services.
  • Stay current with industry trends and changes in real estate law.

 

Requirements:

  • Portable book of business in real estate transactions.
  • Admission to the California Bar or eligibility for admission.
  • Additional admission to the Arizona, Colorado, and/or Nevada Bar would be advantageous.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

 

Skills:

  • Proven track record in handling complex real estate transactions.
  • Strong legal analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Client-focused approach with the ability to foster and maintain relationships.
