The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of personal injury cases, from client intake to trial, focusing on achieving favorable client outcomes.

Duties:

• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on case progress and advising on legal strategies.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and discovery.
• Lead mediations and negotiations to settle cases favorably for clients.
• Develop comprehensive case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• Proven experience drafting and responding to motions.
• Strong knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas State Bar.
